IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) explains when and how credits or replacements may be issued for purchases of services from QGP Limited (“QGP”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, our Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms and Conditions.
1.1 This Policy applies to purchases you make from QGP for digital marketing services, including without limitation link building, marketing services, content publication, and other traffic-generation and off‑page SEO services (collectively, the “Services”), and to any account credits issued by QGP (“Store Credit”).
1.2 This Policy does not apply to any third‑party services or platforms that are not directly sold by QGP. Your use of our website and client portal is governed by our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
2.1 Our Services are bespoke, digitally delivered, and frequently involve coordination with independent publishers and platforms. Once work begins, costs are incurred that are typically non‑recoverable.
2.2 Search engine rankings, traffic, domain metrics, and other performance indicators fluctuate due to factors outside our control (including algorithm updates, competitors’ actions, and publisher policies). Accordingly, we do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, metric, or commercial outcome, and such outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
3.1 Within the first seven (7) calendar days from the placement of an order, you may request cancellation. If approved, QGP will issue Store Credit equal to the amount paid for the canceled order. No cash refunds are provided.
3.2 Store Credit is: (a) applied to your QGP account; (b) non‑transferable; (c) not redeemable for cash; and (d) valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue unless we specify otherwise in writing. Any unused Store Credit expires automatically at the end of the validity period.
3.3 Store Credit may be used toward future QGP Services but may not be applied to taxes, government charges, or third‑party pass‑through fees, if any.
4.1 An order is deemed “Completed” when QGP has provided evidence of delivery via the client portal or by email, such as a live URL, screenshot, dashboard entry, report, or comparable proof of performance.
4.2 You must review any deliverables promptly. If you do not notify QGP in writing of a quality concern within seven (7) calendar days after the order is marked Completed, the deliverable will be deemed accepted, and the order will be closed.
4.3 After acceptance (including deemed acceptance), orders are not eligible for refunds or Store Credit.
5.1 If you believe a delivered article or backlink does not substantially conform to the specifications of your order (for example, incorrect target URL or anchor, materially deficient editorial quality, or other objective non‑conformity), you must notify QGP in writing within seven (7) calendar days of Completion, specifying the issue in reasonable detail.
5.2 QGP’s sole obligation and your sole remedy for any valid quality concern will be, at QGP’s option, to: (a) correct the non‑conformity; or (b) replace the deliverable with a comparable deliverable. No refunds are provided for quality concerns.
6.1 If a delivered article or backlink is removed or becomes unavailable (“Down”), QGP will provide one (1) replacement deliverable at no additional charge if you notify us within six (6) months from the date the applicable order was marked Completed.
6.2 For purposes of Section 6, “Down” generally means the page returns an HTTP 4xx/5xx for more than seventy‑two (72) consecutive hours, or the publisher removes the content in its entirety. Temporary outages, publisher redesigns, minor URL changes, tag changes (e.g., rel="nofollow"/"sponsored"), or changes in on‑page placement are not treated as “Down.”
6.3 Replacements will be reasonably comparable in topic relevance and quality metrics, subject to availability in our inventory and publisher discretion. Timelines for replacements may depend on third‑party response times.
6.4 No replacement will be provided if the removal or unavailability results from: (a) your breach of the Terms or of publisher guidelines (including but not limited to subsequent edits introducing prohibited content, spam, or affiliate/redirect manipulations); (b) actions or requests by you or your agents; (c) a takedown due to your brand’s legal dispute with the publisher; or (d) factors outside QGP’s control (e.g., publisher closure).
Except as expressly provided above, the following are not eligible for refund or Store Credit:
8.1 You agree to contact QGP first to resolve any billing dispute. Initiating a payment chargeback with your card issuer or PayPal without first providing QGP a reasonable opportunity to address the issue constitutes a material breach of the Terms.
8.2 If you initiate a chargeback, QGP may: (a) suspend or terminate your account; (b) cancel pending orders; (c) void Store Credits; and (d) pursue collection of amounts due, including reasonable costs, fees, and expenses (including payment processor dispute fees).
9.1 Unless we state otherwise in writing, all amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD). Store Credits are issued and applied in USD.
9.2 You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and charges (if any). Where permitted by law, such amounts are non‑refundable.
9.3 We currently accept payment by major credit/debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept Stripe payments directly. Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud.
QGP reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders, or to withhold or revoke Store Credits, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of this Policy, or non‑compliance with the Terms. QGP may require additional documentation to process a cancellation, replacement, or credit.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any non‑waivable statutory rights that apply to you under the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence. To the extent of any conflict, those mandatory rights will prevail for the benefit of the consumer user.
This Policy, and any dispute or claim (contractual or non‑contractual) arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction.
